Health and Safety Works
Each year, we spend 10 months visiting each HPS outlet at least once per branch, to carry out ri and management checks, PAT testing, equipment testing, training and above all else, ensure that everyone knows what they need to do and how they need to act in order to be safe and compliant. But, before we could do that, we had to make the company Safer.
To begin with, we designed built and implemented, a full health and safety system for them. This covered everything from staff competency to toolbox talks. Next, we designed and built a full induction process to ensure that new staff were able to join the workface safely and efficiently.
Now that these processes are in place, it is our job to annually review these health and safety policies and risk assessments, to ensure the business is updated in line with legislative changes. Because workplace risks are ever evolving with the introduction of any new machinery or process.
